Today I received confirmation of the first few things for my travel period. Earlier this year I booked a trip in advance with a company named Bamba, since booking I’ve decided not to do half of the trip (like Canada) but since I paid for it so long ago out of spare cash I had, I don’t mind making that sacrifice and just using some of the trip. It doesn’t really feel like I’m losing any money as I’m still going to make the most of it and enjoy it as much as possible!

So I just received confirmation for 2 of the buses that will get me as far as Buffalo and as my flight to Boston is already confirmed I’m only awaiting one more bus. That is the bus taking me to New York to get me home 🙂

But what I’m excited about is I just got confirmation of the food tour I will be taking in Philadelphia. I will be trying the famous cheesesteak, all kinds of pretzels, ‘cheese whizz fries’ and tomato pie.. All kinds of different foods at local restaurants.

Whilst I’m not too fussed about seeing Philadelphia, I do look forward to this tour. The hostel I’ll be staying at looks like a lot of fun too.

Should be good, and now that I have a bit of extra time in Chicago I was thinking of looking for something to do there, any ideas?
