Just sat at ColesseuMbar waiting for my ice cream whilst I write this. In just less than an hour I’m going to be cycling 20 miles around Rome and the Appian way. Quite excited but also nervous cos I haven’t cycled since last summer!

This morning I had breakfast with a Canadian guy who is heading to London today. Loving the hostel at the moment it’s super friendly. I’ll post up details about yesterday once I get back tonight.
