Renting a bicycle used to be my go to method of getting around a new city or location. It was my way of really seeing the place and exploring.
Since improving my fitness this year I can now ditch the bike and explore on my own two feet! Now every time I visit a new place I head out for a morning jog.
I once met an Australian guy in Washington DC and he told me that every time he visits a new place he heads out for a jog to get a feel for the city. I thought that was a great idea and always wished I could do it. With little training, now I can!
Yesterday I jogged 5 miles around Salou and it was beautiful. Ideal for joggers!
There are so many ways to explore a city, that unbelievable. But doing a short run in the morning makes you fit for the day and gives you an overview of the area you are visiting.
