As you know I was due to head to Houston last month for my birthday celebrations. Whilst I may have ended up in Chicago safe and sound I was very lucky to end up there and I definitely appreciate that. Here I am in Houston before the evacuation due to the flooding. I didn’t realise that this hot dog from the gas station would be my only meal that day.
