I am in Orlando!! One of my favourite places in the world to kick start the second part of my gap year!

I came here to spend the remainder of my earnings whilst on the Work America program this summer. No visit to America is complete without a trip to the sunshine state.

It’s 80 degrees outside and I’m ready to head out to Walt Disney World today.

I saved a lot over the summer with the knowledge that I was coming here, it was definitely a motivation. My boyfriend wanted to come out and visit me but staying in hostels isn’t the most romantic thing so I told him not too. Instead, I stole his money and used it to purchase two flights to Florida and some theme park tickets. With my dollars I booked the hotel and gathered up the spending money.
